I always thought the Santa Claus parade was a parade of Santa Claus’s trying to outdo each other with their floats and what-have-you. I thought wrong.
Instead of taking in the Christmas spirit, I ended up looking at the march bands while wondering why the horses poop while they walk. At first I thought it was for show, turns out, the horsies just really needed to go.

Never, ever walk behind the horses in a parade…well, there are usually people there with poopbins and poopbrooms, but if they miss stuff… : |
The fact that you thought it was just for show made me lawl inside.

I totally did not know there was such a parade in Vancouver. How many years has this been going on?!
Unrelated, but have you ever seen mounted police in downtown Vancouver for no apparent reason? It’s the most bizarre sight ever. Horses in the city!

My lame-o country doesn’t have them, but I almost cry of joy watching them on TV, hehe.
The horse pooping is funny though.
