Wake Me Up When Spring Break Starts

…. srsly, plz.

You know, this is going to sound totally weird, but I enjoyed working for the past two weeks I was out of school. I mean, I worked Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year’s, and I’m totally fine with that. I might have inhaled far too many fry scents and it is starting to get in my head.

So yes. School starts in eight hours and thirty minutes from now… and no, I don’t want school to start! How can teachers expect their students to return to school willingly when they all swamped us with homework and other things? Ughh… I have a few more weeks of Lord of the Flies.

Also, since I’ve managed to stay awake for 24 hours (thanks to ice cream and coffee), I smell all-nighters coming along. Alright Spanish verbs, it’s you and me tonight!

Yea, I had too much coffee.

When does school start for you? Excited or wanting to run away from it?

I go back to school the 17th! I still have time to prepare for endless work and sleepless nights to come, but still, I really want to go back already. I miss the campus and the “having something to do”.

Anyway good luck to you with school! Sounds like you’re going to be bombarded with work soon!

My first lecture (MATH151, Calculus I) starts in three hours and seven minutes. Of course, it will take two hours to bus there, so it feels very soon.

Working is so much more fun because it generally requires less thought than school. School is taxing, making you think about answers and such. Work is just a simple flow chart that be repeated over and over again. But it’s only fun in retrospective. Never on the actual day of working.

On another note, try to watch the 1990 version of Lord of the Flies in class. It’s doesn’t have the highest production value, or explain anything from the book, but it’s quite funny. I watched it in grade eleven, and couldn’t stop laughing.

School has started for me, and I really want it to end soon. I graduate in March anyway so I won’t have to wait long. I just have to endure my bad schedule.

Run away at first… who wants thesis anyway? Huhuhu.
But when I think of it, I kinda miss my friends.

I’ve been off from the 20th of November and have been sitting on my ass and I don’t get back until the 25th of February. Sucks for me huh? I wish I could get a job.. but ugh, it’s complicated.

I wish school starts soon :(

It’s fun to be able to work instead of school at times, you probably made some cash flow during the time you weren’t in school. I hope all goes well for you…sucky for all-nighters.

Well, you could be me- working at a job I dislike, and desperate to get back to school. I guess we all want what we can’t have.

School started on Monday for me. I don’t mind school so much, probably because I have loads of mates there so I can just have fun whenever I get bored. That might be a downside though because I get bored a lot and tend not to work and now I have a science GCSE next week so I, too, am going to be pulling several all nighters trying to learn what I should have learnt in 12 weeks in 7 days.

My school started on Monday, like Sarah. This Noroviruus has launched an attack on the school and loads of people are off sick :S

I was looking forward to seeing my friends because I didn’t see them much in the holiays, but otherwise I get pretty bored at school.
